Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Once shipped we do not take responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to obtain a returns form, that you will need to print and complete, before you can send your items back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or defected.
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges due to limited stock numbers. If a product is faulty or defected we will provide you with a full refund.
To return your product, you should first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns form and the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for items lost during shipping to our returns address.
